Who we Work with

The Unique Charity is dedicated to supporting children and young people affected by gangs, knife crime, human trafficking, county lines, and exploitation. Through our tailored projects, we provide targeted support based on age, need, and opportunity.

We work with young entrepreneurs, aspiring social leaders, and grassroots changemakers who want to create projects that support disadvantaged young people/children. Through funding, mentoring, and business coaching, we help them launch sustainable initiatives that make a real difference in their communities.

Our charity shop provides young people with opportunities to gain retail experience, employment skills, and work placements. We also work with young offenders on probation, helping them develop transferable skills, plug gaps in their CVs, and access further training or employment.

This immersive five-day program supports young people trapped in cycles of criminality, exploitation, and trauma. We work with those who have been directly impacted by gang culture, county lines, knife crime, and human trafficking, providing a safe space for transformation, healing, and personal growth.

We collaborate with schools, community organisations, and local authorities to work with children who are at risk of gang involvement or exploitation. Through mentoring, education, and intervention, we help young people make positive choices before they are drawn into criminal activity.

We recognise that change must also happen at home. Our work extends to parents and guardians, providing workshops, peer mentoring, and guidance to help them better support and protect their children from harmful influences.

Our work is built on real-life experience, prevention, and empowerment. By working with young people at different stages of risk and need, we provide the right intervention at the right time, ensuring long-term impact and sustainable change.
